It has been a while since I have blogged. But honestly, who wants to read my mental meanderings? Everyone else's seems so full of something to say, while I sit here and sometimes chew my tongue till it's raw. How does one choose a subject? My life must be really boring! I mean, REALLY boring.

I really want to write a book. I have a couple of drafts started. There. In print. I've never written that out loud before. No one except my youngest son knew, till now. Scary process. Lots of self doubt, but lots of imagination. Which one will win? If it was successful, I would love to see the look on my husband's face! The disbelief and chagrin. It would be well worth it!

Oh, and I went to L's beauty.com and got some new hair fixins'. I'll try 'em tomorrow. I hope they work. I'm getting my hair cut on Thursday, anyway, and I will still need it, but I want to practice with it, first. I'm hating my hair, right now. It has an attitude and it won't do what I say!

Did get a new pair of penny loafers in a size AND width that won't squish my feet. I just love what all of those years of dancing did to my feet...........NOT! Now, I have to polish a pair of pennies to put in there. I'm so excited!! My old loafers were SO old lady. Blech!

Oh, and I'm also thinking about taking Italian from "Rosetta Stone." Has anyone tried that, yet? How well does it work? I'm going to make my youngest son take it with me. It's a beautiful language, and Lord willing, I'm going to go there, one day. I'm taking S with me, so we can both enjoy "Tuscan food."

So, see how my mind wanders and meanders? Can you follow the trail? I hope so, 'cause I still can't!

Finally a blog entry! I came to flog your blog for no entries...now on to the book...biography of a certain girl group? Fiction from Sharon Drive? Drama from Area G? Dramatics of teens and how to cope? Life as the wife of a fighter pilot??? Need anymore help? I know you'd excel at any of those topics and it would be funny, funny, funny.

I know! Write a book on our fictitious trip to Tuscany...and it could pay for our real trip!!!

I, of course, would be generous enough to be your assistant on the trip so you could write it off...
